Don't you think it's blasphemous to write about Jesus like that?

I do not believe the word represents the thing, what I'm invoking is an image and a mental preconception that will be different from person to person. These are images that I've found and have presented themselves to me, and I put them together in a collage and I mix them with memory and imagined things. Often they are just sounds and words, I've clipped from the air, or the Internet, and I've placed them next to each other, with no design, or porpoise. I place them on the canvas to see what they might say.
